Courtney has over seven years of experience supporting resilience, land use planning, and sustainability efforts for communities navigating risk and change. Her work centers on vulnerability and risk assessments, adaptation planning, and post-disaster recovery and redevelopment. Prior to consulting, Courtney worked in local government planning, where she supported updates to comprehensive plans and land development regulations. She brings a strong background in data-informed analysis and clear technical communication, and has contributed to multiple U.S. EPA peer-reviewed publications related to community resilience. She is motivated by helping communities use data and planning tools to make informed, forward-looking decisions.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys creative, hands-on projects and spending time outdoors with her dogs and horses.
