Katie Lund is a Resilience Specialist at Fernleaf. She has six years of experience supporting the planning, design, and implementation of climate resilience and adaptation strategies at the local level. She has collaborated with communities in both rural and urban environments to address climate impacts, including significant experience partnering with Alaska Native communities. She is passionate about enabling communities to make informed decisions to protect human health and infrastructure and build equity in the face of climate change.
At Fernleaf, Katie is excited to continue to support local decision makers to build resilience and equity in their communities. Outside of work, she loves searching for new recipes or finding the nearest lake to swim in.
Katie has a Masters Degree in Environmental Management from Yale University and is a member of the American Society of Adaptation Professionals.
