Whitney is a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Fernleaf. She joined Fernleaf toward the end of 2021 while finishing a degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Asheville. Prior to her time at UNCA, she earned a certificate in Graphic Design from Sessions College of Professional Design in 2017. As a Sociology student and Research Assistant, Whitney used her design knowledge to help her create presentations and infographics to present her research.
At Fernleaf, Whitney is thrilled to be able to combine her knowledge and design experience to contribute to the team’s shared goal of supporting communities to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Outside of this work, you will find Whitney either climbing mountains or paddleboarding on one of Appalachia’s beautiful lakes to fulfill her Michigan-born heart.
